To revamp TATA AIG’s commission management system, we digitized the manual process of granting commissions, thus reducing errors. The new system streamlines rule creation, approvals, and tracking across multiple LOBs, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. With clear role based access, improved search options, real-time updates, and a modern interface aligned with TATA AIG’s brand, sales managers can now manage commissions effortlessly and make data-driven decisions faster.
We conducted in-depth Stake holder workshops with ASMs to NSMs, facilitating 8+ hours of discussions to gather key insights. Through structured questionnaires, we analyzed pain points, approval hierarchies, and data patterns to streamline TATA AIG’s commission rule process.
By having a team discussion about putting tasks in order of importance (High, Medium, Low), this helps make sure everything gets done on time and goes smoothly.

By designing the dashboard with a Bento grid layout, which was creating a structured and modular user interface. This approach was allowing for clear organization and easy navigation. To enhance the user experience, we were implementing rounded corners and smooth UI elements, providing a modern and refined aesthetic.
