Class Central is one of the world's leading course discovery platforms, connecting learners to thousands of online courses from top universities and institutions globally. We focused on transforming their content-rich but directionless experience into a guided learner journey, making it easier for users to enter with intent, explore with clarity, and continue with momentum.

ASUS offered multiple customer engagement programs, including promotional offers, referral rewards, warranties, and assured buyback benefits, but information was spread across different journeys and touch points. Users often struggled to discover relevant programs, understand eligibility, and navigate between offerings, leading to a disconnected experience.
02
Whether registering for promotional offers or enrolling in the Assured Buyback Program, users were required to complete multiple steps, provide documentation, and understand program-specific requirements. The experience lacked clear guidance, making participation feel more transactional than intuitive.
03
The promo ecosystem and buyback journeys did not fully align with ASUS’s global digital experience standards. Differences in information architecture, content structure, and interaction patterns created inconsistencies across pre-purchase, post-purchase, and loyalty-driven programs, impacting both usability and brand perception.
To redesign the ASUS Promo India website into a unified, user-friendly platform where customers can easily discover promotional offers, register products, access warranty information, participate in referral programs, and track support requests. The objective was to align the experience with ASUS’s global brand standards while simplifying navigation, improving offer discoverability, and creating a seamless journey that encourages engagement, participation, and customer loyalty.
We combined UX audits, user interviews, behavioral analysis, and competitor benchmarking to map where the experience was losing momentum. The focus was on understanding learner intent, identifying gaps in the journey, and building a research foundation strong enough to inform every design decision that followed.
A user-centric platform designed to make buyback registrations effortless through clear program information, guided enrollment flows, eligibility validation, FAQs, and support resources, all aligned with ASUS’s global digital ecosystem.
We created a dedicated landing page to clarify the promo website’s purpose, welcoming users with a clean design and easy navigation. It educates users on available offers, guiding them step by step toward their goals.
We clearly displayed the referral process steps for the referrer and referee. A custom animated illustration banner adds a dynamic touch, while key terms and conditions are highlighted with visuals to ensure quick understanding. Entry points for both forms are provided directly on the page, making it easy for users to start either process.
Users can view and select product-specific offers, with cards displaying warranties and goodies for each ASUS product. This allows for a quick and clear overview of what’s available.
We worked within Class Central’s existing design language and built a comprehensive design system around it. The focus was on bringing more consistency, clearer hierarchy, and guided UI patterns that aligned with what was already there, making the experience feel cohesive and intentional without losing brand familiarity.
Through clearer communication, guided interactions, and transparent validation steps, the experience helps users feel more confident about the buy-back process. This reduces uncertainty and creates a smoother path toward offer acceptance.
By restructuring information architecture and simplifying navigation, users can more easily discover trade-in programs, promotional offers, and relevant actions. The result is a more intuitive experience that supports faster decision-making.
Every interaction was designed to reinforce transparency and credibility throughout the journey. From eligibility checks to final valuation, the experience helps users feel informed, reassured, and confident when engaging with the ASUS Assured Buy Back program.
Feelpixel redesigned the eligibility and validation flow with clearer microcopy, transparent condition guidelines, and stronger trust signals at each step — reducing user uncertainty around device valuation and cutting the number of steps before users could see relevant offers.
The new experience brings promotional offers, product warranties, goodies, and referral registration into a single, consistently structured platform — with product-specific cards, guided enrollment flows, and clear entry points for both referrer and referee journeys.
Feelpixel combined UX audits, user interviews, behavioral analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify where users were dropping off, then translated those insights into a simplified information architecture and clearer navigation.
Trust issues around valuation accuracy are a common drop-off point in buyback/trade-in flows. Clear condition guidelines, upfront eligibility information, and assurance at every step help reduce hesitation and improve completion rates.
Yes. Feelpixel worked within ASUS’s existing brand ecosystem, creating a structured style guide covering typography, color usage, iconography, and interaction patterns to ensure consistency with ASUS’s broader global digital presence, rather than introducing a separate design system.
