The Objective

To design a website that enables users to easily browse and explore different property types, while providing bankers with a platform to effectively showcase their available auction properties, maximizing visibility and participation.

Deriving the elements

We derived a unique slant shape from the logo. This design element was consistently integrated across the platform, setting our brand apart from competitors and reinforcing a cohesive, recognizable visual identity

Simplified search, enhanced precision

The previous search widget required users to fill out multiple fields, making the process tedious. We simplified this by consolidating four input fields into a single-click input field, automatically fetching the user’s location, and categorizing properties into four intuitive groups. This redesign significantly improved search speed and usability.

We personalized the browsing experience by prioritizing properties based on the user’s default location, ensuring relevance from the start. Upfront filters for price and property type further streamlined the search, helping users find their ideal property effortlessly

Bidding made simple for all

We redesigned the bidding portal to streamline tasks for users, bankers, and admins, enabling them to efficiently manage properties, auctions, and overall events

The property buyers & investors can easily track auctions, place timely bids, and stay informed, while bankers manage setups, monitor activity, and ensure transparency. Admins oversee platform operations and manage banks with ease. All of this resulted in a simplified, transparent, and user-friendly bidding experience for all stakeholders.
