The Objective

Redesigned the Envision Displays website with a custom design using wordpress into a modern, conversion-focused platform optimized for product discoverability, search visibility, and lead generation. By studying leading Australian competitors like Creative Hire, DisplayWise, and Grand Stand Events, the experience was structured to improve navigation, strengthen brand credibility, and enable better intent capturing, helping the sales team understand buyer requirements and convert leads more efficiently.

Conversion-focused interactions were strategically integrated across the entire website to guide users toward inquiries and quote requests at every stage of their journey. Clear CTAs, persistent contact touchpoints, visual-based navigation cues for quicker understanding, and streamlined navigation reduced friction between discovery and action, while modular page structures ensured users could easily explore products, industries, and solutions without losing context. Downloadable brochures were also placed at key decision points, allowing users to quickly access and review the complete product range when needed.

Design Style

Designing Credibility Across the Customer Journey

Trust-building elements were integrated across the website to reinforce credibility throughout the buyer journey. Client logos were showcased across high engagements pages like homepage, corporate pages, forms, and payment touchpoints to highlight industry presence and past collaborations. Testimonials across conversion pages, along with case studies and product videos on the homepage and custom displays section, helped build buyer confidence through real-world work. Interactive elements were also introduced across key pages to clearly communicate Envision Displays’ working process and improve customer understanding. A personalized “Let’s Build Something That Performs” section featuring team members added a more human connection to the experience.

Bridging User Experience with Search Performance

The website was strategically optimized for better search visibility, discoverability, and long-term performance across both traditional search engines and LLM-based platforms. High-intent, SEO, GEO, and AEO-focused content structures were implemented to improve rankings and increase visibility in AI-driven search experiences. FAQs were integrated across pages to strengthen semantic relevance and improve the chances of surfacing in LLM responses. A scalable CMS setup, along with strategically structured blogs and case studies, helped create content that supports both user understanding and machine readability.

Bringing Products to Life Through Interactive UX

Visual consistency and product understanding were improved by guiding the client toward a more unified rendering style while balancing it with real-world application imagery across the website. Real use-case visuals helped users better imagine products in actual event environments, while interactive hotspots added deeper context by highlighting frame types, finishes, storage options, and key product details. This created a more informative and immersive browsing experience for potential buyers.
